Blu-ray releases on April 7th 2009
Although we didn’t go back and count every week, we’re pretty sure Warner broke its own record this week by releasing 15 titles. At the top of the list is the latest Jim Carry movie Yes Man, but there also more than a few classics like American History X, 2010, The Wedding Singer and Point of No Return. Fox has a pretty big title this week as well with The Day the Earth Stood Still, although if you believe in IMDB scores you’ll skip it. Disney also has a few worthwhile titles like the latest Adam Sandler movie Bedtime Stores. What is also pretty big news this week though, is that Discovery opened up the vaults and released six new documentaries, which are a welcomed addition to Blu-ray’s lineup.
