Customer Support at Sony is horrible. Basically they gave me local number to a repair shop(and they tried to be slick and not say that this was a private vendor that was going to charge me for the repair) so that I could repair my Sony XBR4 on my tab! Then to make me even angrier they transferred my call to general customer service/Margaret. She just keep saying No No not covered won't repair my TV. I am dropping SONY products from my list of Favorite brand name electronics permanently. My TV displays blurry image on right side of the screen with 3 horizontal lines going across the screen for about one hour until the TV warms up.

Also I just thought of this. One way the disc in drive streaming works well is if you are a person that will use it for only netflix. Then it could just remain in the drive at all times.

Also, many towns and cities are now having recycling days. You can drop off your old monitor or television to be disposed of properly instead of being sent to our land fills. This article is a great resource!
